New Medical Office Building -- Takoma Adventist Hospital -- Greeneville, TN

S. B. White Company was part of the design build team with Burleson Construction Company and C & C Millwright Company to construct a new three story medical office building on the campus of Takoma Adventist Hospital in Greeneville, TN. The project totaled 45,000 square feet and included a conventional Trane watersource heat pump system with Evapco closed circuit cooler and Lochinvar gas boilers, Bell & Gossett pumps, steel and copper distribution piping, ductwork, Trane DDC control system, and plumbing. The project started as an idea which evolved into starting construction on just a shell building and finished with over 80% of the interior space built out and occuppied.
