Renovations to Building 69 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center -- Mountain Home, TN

 

S. B. White Company has partnered with Pioneer Builders, Inc. of Knoxville, TN to renovate Building 69 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, TN.  We are pleased to be selected to work on this large scale federally funded project at the VA.  This project involves extensive demolition and a full restoration of both the exterior and the ground, second, and third floors.  S. B. White is installing both the plumbing and the HVAC mechanical systems for this project.  The building is receiving a completely new mechanical system including a new steam heat transfer station with heat exchanger and condensate receiver pumps, heating hot water pumps, air handling units, variable volume boxes, and fan coil units.  We are pleased to be teaming up with Trane and James M. Pleasants Company to provide the equipment and Johnson Controls to install the new building automation system.  This project is scheduled to be completed by July 2010.
