New Ridgeview K-8 School for Washington County

S. B. White Company has been selected to be the mechanical contractor involved with the new construction of a K-8 school for northern Washington County located near Gray, TN.  We will be working for the general construction division of Johnson Controls on this state of the art new facility designed by Tony Street of the architectural firm of Beeson, Lusk, & Street.  This new school is designed for 800 students and is almost 100,000 square feet.  The mechanical system is going to be a mixture of Aaon split system outside air units and Trane geothermal heat pumps totalling about 230 tons.   With construction scheduled to be begin at the first of 2007 and completion scheduled to be before school starts in August of 2008, it will be an ambitious undertaking.
