New Grease Interceptor Trap Installations for JCMC
This project is a very complex and challenging one in which S. B. White Company is teaming up with Environmental Biotech to replace the aging 1000 gallon grease interceptor that services the kitchen at Johnson City Medical Center with two new state of the art 1500 gallon units. The project involves trenching through the ground floor of the existing hospital at about 4 to 5 feet deep and running a new 6" pvc line out to the new tank locations outside near the existing loading docks. Coordination with the hospital and the logistics of doing this type of work inside the facility proved to be most challenging. Scheduled completion is July 2006.
